Configure Messaging and Notifications in SalePro
Test provider settings and recipient consent before sending; delivery depends on the external provider.
Configure mail, SMS, or WhatsApp credentials, sender identity, and templates. Send a test to a controlled recipient before using transaction actions. Provider charges, rate limits, template approval, delivery, and consent are external responsibilities.
Messages do not change stock or accounting. A message that says “paid” or “order confirmed” is not the source transaction. Use the in-app notification center for SalePro events, mark items read, and configure notification preferences where available.
