Terms & Conditions
- Our timezone is GMT+6. Eventhough, we sometimes work during out of office hours, but we are mostly reachable between 9 AM and 5 PM
- We reply within one business day barring weekly and other holidays. So, if you have created a support ticket, please wait at least 24 hours before trying to contact us again about the same issue
- In our case, Friday and Saturday are weekly holidays. So if you have contacted us on these days or late Thursday, please wait until Sunday morning. We may reply earlier, but that isn't guaranteed.
- We'll require your cpanel credentials to look into issues on your server. We don't provide support over remote desktop applications (anydesk/teamviewer)
