  • Our timezone is GMT+6. We are mostly reachable between 9 AM and 5 PM.
  • We reply within one business day barring weekly and other holidays. Please wait at least 24 hours before contacting us again about the same issue.
  • Friday and Saturday are weekly holidays. If you contact us on these days, please wait until Sunday morning.
  • For server-side issues we may ask for temporary hosting/server access relevant to the problem. Please remove or rotate temporary credentials after the issue is resolved.

Use your Envato purchase code. The support system can verify LionCoders CodeCanyon purchases against Envato.
