You are eligible for a refund if

• You have downloaded the files or we have installed them on your system and it doesn't work as described.
• You haven't/coudn't download the files or we haven't delivered the files to you or installed them on your system within 3 business days of payment.
• You are eligible for support, but you couldn't reach us through our support system for more than 3 business days

You are not eligible for a refund if

• You have downloaded the files or we have installed them on your system and you have changed your mind!
• You have downloaded the files or we have installed them on your system and your server doesn't match system reuirements and hence it doesn't work as expected.
