Import and Export SalePro Data Safely

Use the template for the current release, validate masters and warehouse scope, and test imports on a backup copy first.

Download or copy the template supplied by the current release. Prepare master identifiers, dates, quantities, decimal precision, currency/rate, tax, warehouse, batch, and variant fields exactly as required. Test on a non-production copy and keep the source file and validation errors.

Purchase imports increase stock and create purchase effects for accepted rows. Sale imports decrease authorized warehouse stock and create sale effects. Complex payments, provider settlement, imported-cost batches, and tracked identities are safer through their dedicated UI unless the template explicitly supports them.

Use report exports for filtered operational data. Confirm that export filters and totals match the on-screen server-filtered result.
