KSA / ZATCA compatibility

Do not assume every SaaS installation has KSA e-invoicing enabled. Present ZATCA only where the compatible tenant module/version has been installed and verified for that SaaS environment.

How the extension is added

Back up your SalePro database and files first. Current documentation warns that installing the SaaS module modifies/overwrites the existing SalePro environment.

Install from the SalePro add-on workflow, enter the purchase key, then complete the SaaS setup on the root domain.

What is the difference between this add-on and SalePro SaaS?

The POS SaaS Add-on requires an existing SalePro installation and converts it into a multi-tenant SaaS platform. SalePro SaaS is a separate standalone SaaS product that does not require regular SalePro.

Can I install this without SalePro?

No. A compatible regular SalePro installation is required.

Will installing the SaaS add-on change my existing SalePro installation?

Yes. The documented SaaS conversion workflow modifies the existing SalePro environment. Back up your application and database before installation and follow the documented migration steps.

What hosting is required?

The SaaS conversion requires hosting capable of tenant database creation plus wildcard subdomains and wildcard SSL. VPS/dedicated hosting is recommended; compatible cPanel/Plesk environments must expose the required APIs/privileges.

Can I see the resulting SaaS workflow before buying?
