Is SalePro SaaS a standalone product?
Yes. SalePro SaaS is a standalone multi-tenant application. You do not need to purchase regular SalePro first. The separate POS SaaS Add-on is for customers who already own SalePro and want to convert that installation into a SaaS platform.
How is tenant data separated?
SalePro SaaS uses a multi-tenant, multi-database architecture in which tenant businesses operate with separate databases and their own tenant access environment.
Can I create different subscription packages and free trials?
Yes. The SaaS administration allows you to create packages, configure supported feature/user limits and define free-trial/subscription options for tenants.
Can tenants use their own domains?
SalePro SaaS supports tenant subdomains and custom-domain workflows. Your server/domain setup must support the required wildcard subdomain and SSL configuration.
What hosting does SalePro SaaS require?
The current documentation recommends a VPS or dedicated server and requires capabilities for tenant database creation, wildcard subdomains and wildcard SSL. It must be installed on the root domain rather than a subdomain/subfolder. Some cPanel/Plesk shared hosting can work only when the required APIs and privileges are available.
Can an existing SalePro business be moved into SalePro SaaS?
The documentation includes a process for importing an existing regular SalePro installation as a tenant. Back up the original system first and follow the documented migration/role steps carefully.
Can I add eCommerce, WooCommerce, mobile or restaurant features for tenants?
Yes, compatible SalePro SaaS extensions are available for additional tenant capabilities. These products are separate from the core SalePro SaaS purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Do you provide installation service?
Installation service remains available as an optional paid service. The current catalogue has historically listed a USD 30 installation service; confirm the current service price and hosting prerequisites at checkout or with LionCoders before sharing server access.
